  • Excellent this told me everything I always wanted to know about Freddy... Hope you got a good grade for this project. well done you.... RIP Freddy...your music goes on.

  • Thank you so much for making this!! I had started to cry at the end when you spoke of his death but i knew it was inevitable.. im crying while im typing this lol.. My grandpa got to meet him in jail and he has always been a big favorite in my family almost like a family member. We Love all his music. Rip Freddy Fender!! We love you & miss you, you will never be forgotten!!

  • Nicely done.....thanks

  • Thanks for posting this, -excellent!! Freddy to say the least was such a nice man and an awesome singer.

  • Great job.

  • Thank You for your respect!!!

  • Thank you for the Bio on Freddy Fender, it was really enlightning. You are so right that at that time 'Tejanos' were not really accepted in the music industry and that is why Baltemar Huerta changed his name to 'Freddy Fender' after the Fender guitar and gained prominence in the country music genre when the "Anglos" accepted him. I am thankful that I got to know Freddy personally when I lived in Corpus Christi.

  • Thank you for this information. I loved his music! Hope you did well for your school project!

  • Thank you, I was going to read up in his life but did never get there, Now I know and did not even have to read,

    Thank you

  • Other than Syd Barrett, Pink Floyd was not influenced nor partook in serious drugs. Your picture of Pink Floyd is dated sometime after the 1968 where Syd Barrett was no longer a member of the band.
