  • this is my all time fav episode this one and the one where bosco is shot in the face

  • lmfao at carlos shaking his head while bosco read the dude his rights lol

  • GO BOSCO!!

  • Boscos great in this episode!!

  • I love his composure throughout the conversation with tommy.

  • 2:54 - 3:07 I totally agree with Sasha!!

  • NO! That's not true, When i went through the academy they never told me that if i screw up a warning i get fired

  • @AGUSIS02 I NEVER HEARD THAT IN THE ACADEMY EITHER

  • we dont get fired for screwing up a miranda warning

  • @AGUSIS02 BUT IF IT'S A HOMICIDE OR CLASS A FELONY THAT DETECTIVES NEED A CONFESSION YEAH IT WOULD BE A PROBLEM IF THERE MIRANDA RIGHTS WERE NOT READ TO THEM UPON THEE ARREST, BUT IT'S NOT A SUBJECT TO GET FIRED OVER.

  • Bosco should have gotten a gold for this one

  • this was such a good episode..Why wasn't it nominated for an Emmy. Bosco did amazing

  • Incredible how this episode was not nominated for an Emmy.

  • @ViciousMiller IT SHOULD OF BEEN IT WAS BASED ON A TRUE STORY IN NYC

  • one of the most brilliant and one of my favorite episodes. How did the show never win best drama & how did Jason Wiles (Bosco) never win (was he even nominated?) he is incredible cute and great actor luv the actor and the character. I miss this show so much.

  • you know that at the beginning they said this was based on a true story

  • Rights must be read exactly as they are inscribed. Even if you know them off by heart, it's always a good idea to read them from the card, that way there is no chance of being challenged on that in court.

If rights are not read correctly, or if you cannot recite them verbatim in court (assuming you did not read from the card) the entire case will be thrown out.

  • Yup!

Plus it looks more realistic of actual police behaviour.

  • omigosh!! i was not expecting them to find that body!!

  • why did bosco have to read the rights off a piece of paper? shouldnt he know them by now with 6+ years on the job?

  • Cause in big chases like that its most likely detectives who arrest the suspect. So bosco probably wouldn't be able to remember the suspects rights.

  • that makes sense, however, EVERYONE who is arrested, whether it be public drunkeness to murder suspects are read their rights. Its required by law. which means those rights should be so ingrained in his head that he should rattle them off like the pledge of allegiance. hmmmmmmm.

  • if you fuck up reading the suspect his rights its not good during trial

  • yes. but they are taught as a cadet in the academy that if they fuck up the rights while reading them to a suspect, their job is as good as gone. Those Miranda Rights are in those cops' heads from day 1. They shouldn't need a piece of paper. Bad Bosco.

  • Good bosco. if he effed up miranda NOTHING tommy said could be used in court.

  • do you see Carlos shaking his head when Bosco read Tommy's rights...too funny

  • what the hell did tommy do to that kid...and y

  • booo that comment

  • this is my favorite episode by far. damn, the director and actors outdid themselves. thanks again

  • one of the best episodes of third watch

  • whoa great episode creepy thoguh.

  • yea its one of my favs :D
