  • Girl you need to be on the Food Network or Cooking channel. You are the best;-)

  • Every time I look at one of your videos I end up having a really bad craving for what ever it is you're cooking. Now I want chickpeas. Now I have to cook chickpeas. THANKS A LOT LAURA! :)

  • Laura, I can not stop eating these bruschettas, they are so good !!! I cant wait to get home at night when i have some. the garlic on the bread is great. I use artisan bread from trader joe's. all my family love them. thank you.

  • chickpeas make ppl fart!!! =(

  • We just made this recipe! WOW!!! It was so refreshing. My husband and I don't care for the parsley so we used basil. BEST midnight snack ever!! Thank you :o)

  • girl !! are u from heaven or something ????

  • You have a husband, but no ring? :o

  • @kiraaleximusic Most people take their rings off when they cook.

  • You can use a potato masher to mash these instead of a fork. Still leaves them chunky, but isn't quite as tedious.

  • she talks a bit like lilly from rjberger

  • I totally agree with you about eating healthy! healthy food can be delicious as well (i always make bolognese with extra vegetables, without meat because i am vegetarian). • Hi,

there are a ton of Bruschetta recipes..but... i've never seen this version!

and it's real easy to make!

    and about healthy eating...

just don't eat premade industrial food.... make your own and you'll be fine!

don't worry 'bout starch and stuff.... i mean, Moms in southern italy raise their

children on pasta and pizza and they don't have obese issues....

  • you are just a pleasure to watch, girl! can't wait for you to have a cooking show on TV.

  • why why why you are not singleee!!! =(

  • hi in some video you pronunced bruschetta ch and some bruschetta in k sound what is the right pronunciation

  • So...basically, it's a chunky hummus on bread. Yeah - that's new. LOL It looks yummers tho!

  • @GoranMak actually this is a very oringinal recipe hummus has many different ingriedients including tahini paste, red pepper, dry mustard, and more. NOt everything she makes has to be super unique, it can be simple things also.

  • @Missbrowneyedgirl68 I didn't say it had to be all "super unique". I thought it looked yummy tho. But, BASICALLY (meaning the BASIS, and IDEA) of a hummus.

  • Fantastic thank you Laura!

But I think I'll just use garlic bread instead of the baguette :)

  • Looks really tasty! Just curious if you ever can anything, such as jam, jelly or any of your pasta sauces? You should sell your pasta sauces in stores, I think you'd make a fortune! If you ever do, please sell them in Canada too!!!! Thanks again for another wonderful recipe!

  • what motivates you to get up and cook...i mean i love love love cooking...but i just dont have the will to get up to the kitchen...ppl kinda bring me down...so i dont bother trying...do u have any advice that might help?

  • This looks really good!

  • This is really good. I had the ingredients on hand and made it. It's soooo good, simple to make and costs next to nothing.Thank you again Laura

  • Yeast in the bread is no good when you suffer from candida and as for the chick peas i'm not sure?

  • Once again an awesome recipe!

May I ask who's behind the camera? I really love the camerawork, seems professional!

  • I am very envious of you: you can cook well and you look great! Love your make-up in this video. Please keep up the good work ^_^

  • laura , can u make any asian's food ?

    :)

  • 'You only have one life to live do it right!' <-- Laura's words of wisdom :D

  • if i was your husband ill be the fattest guy alive lol

  • excellent!

  • recipes becoming redundant!

  • @makeupdiva4308 lmao, she has run out of ideas, she is doing the same thing. Why not go a bit more spicy and do some curry, or some african stews, jamican or something

  • @redskins2k Her dad has had an italian restaurant, she was born and raised in Italy. Why the hell do you think she can make curries or Jamaican food..? She just cooks what she's good at.

  • Looks delicious! LOVE your recipes :)

  • Awesommee!!! 8)

  • hey Laura,

This reminds me of my mums recipe, shes lebanese. However, we do boil the chickpeas and its easier to mash, it actually sort of mashes itself.. and then when its cool we add the oil, lemon and garlic that we smash soo finely in a mortar and pestle.

  • Laura you look radiant in this video.

  • you can hear her crunchinggg, sounds so good!

  • @TheEiffelTowerGirl Yah, I know that now.... like 10 ppl told me...
