This cartoon was launched in VHS in Brazil in 1990s. But I watched it in Globo TV´s "Semana da TV Soviética" ("Soviet TV Week") in 1987. It was good because we had no idea about the animation of USSR, and just could watch the US-made cartoons!

Sign was on a high voltage column. Wolf was bumped at this column and for this balloon has blowed up. The column turned to be dangerous for wolf but not because of high voltage. :)
