flex your knees, lock your elbows, and lean INTO the recoil instead of away from it.

if you can't use your arm muscles to support the weight of the gun and have to counter-balance by leaning back, start lifting weights and eating protein shakes.

don't worry. you won't get man-like bulk unless you use steroids... but you will get strong enough to shoot properly.

What i don't like in america's shooting ranges, is that it's a total mess with all the shot cartridges lying there on the ground. Now in Switzerland (whatever you say faggot europeans" its clean and proper for shooting without all the junks.

You should try to clean up the mess, it would be nicer.

I've taken half a dozen women with me to the range, and maybe twice that many men (new shooters). The women, imo, were all better shooters (with 1 exception). They learned quicker, were more responsive to instruction, and consequently they shot straighter sooner.

If more women shoot poorly, it is not because they cannot shoot well, but rather because they are uninterested in investing the time (and money!) to become proficient.
