i want to instal a custom theme and is 100% like in video i do step by step i click install but in appearance tab it doesn`t appear.I try 3 times and nothink.I reboot the PC and NOTHINK.Please help!

I got the patcher to work but the website with the themes doesn't have the firefox one that I wanted. Is there a link you could send me to download the firefox theme? I tried googling it and all it says when the results come up are firefox add ons. If you could help that would be great.

@MistressVocalVixen I used UXTender and got XP Themes from customize,net and the themes changed my firefox as well. Some of them change some of your icons too so I think it depends on whatever the hell the designer threw into the themes individually.

I did this on a SP3 Computer, i installed a Windows 7 theme. I couldnt change back to my old theme, it didnt want to. I ws stuck in the Win 7 theme. Although system restore helped, some small things still are still left after the theme.... It was scary. Thumbs up so people can see what happens if you install on a SP3 computer!!!!!

uxtheme patcher is a program that you only need to use in windows xp,

windows vista is much easier and quicker, all you need to do in vista is double click on the theme that you want and tara ur done!

Hey, Once I download the file and run it, it come up with the box saying that it has detected

"Windows NT setup file in 'C:\WINDOWS\i386"

It wont let me skip it, there are only 2 buttons to click, "OK" (which exits the entire thing), or the "X" at the top right corner which leads me to either closing the download or going back to the other "Warning" thing mentioned above. Help me??

Go to your desktop You should find a thing named "My Computer" then right click on it then click properties then there is a thing named service pack see its number if its Service Pack 2 that means you have sp2
