  • Thx. Nice Vid.

  • @MMonreal No prob! lets see you in action!

  • Cool shoes! :D

  • I used a modified version of this beat in my castlevania bloodlines drum cover, thanks for posting this for some great beat ideas. You should definitely consider posting some more technical, full sounding beat notation/tutorials, amazing stuff!

  • @Ashikodrum right on! glad you got something from it!

  • the beat of the music seems to open the cartoon powerpuff girls

  • @willianksp haha! Ive had a bunch of people say that..

  • moar drumlessons bro!

    U'r awesome!

  • Yo Zack, do you mean Weaties or Wheaties the cereal........? :-) Good Drumming bro.

I havn't yet figured out how to sync up my track that I play with so youtube can hear it, any ideas?

  • @MrKharper123 I think he means the Cereal.. If you have Windows Movie Maker, you just put the audio in the channel under the video, and then move the audio channel around till its matched up.. thats all I ever did.. :P

  • Lulz for the crocs!

  • Remember kids, if you wanna be like DrumsZackDrums, you gotta work hard, eat your weaties, and remember to wear your crocs

  • @Gr1zz3m haha! thats right kids!! :D

  • hahahaha! Awesome man, love the vids!!

  • wat kinda kick drum is that. i think its the one i have

  • @MiniJackAssChannel Tama SwingStar

  • @DrumsZackDrums oh its close. looks almost exactly the same tho. :P

  • 0:00 ~ 0:06 is perfect frag music. Time to practise

  • dude thats a sick beat! i only have like 20 or 30 bpm until i can play it as fast as you! except thats never gonna happen. but its still cool

  • @rehddrummer thanks dude!! haha, well I play it at a lot of different speeds.. it works well at just about every speed.. keep practicing and have fun!!! :D

  • OMG CROCS! I LOVE YOU

  • I love your snare in this video, what kind is it and what type of heads do you use?

  • @monster24army Thanks! Its a Mapex black beast.. 13" X 3.5".. stock rezo, and a pinstripe beater.. both super super tight...

  • Crocks why those shoes WHY WHY!!! :P

  • @ReflexNathan hahaha :)

  • Corcks xD why those shoes whyyyy xD

  • sounds like power puff girls in the beginning xD

  • @SHYTxSONx haha! yeah it does a little! haha!

  • Question: What do you have set-wise? Obviously in your other vids you have more than this... So what do you have brands/types drumwise? I dig the Z symbols, by far the best brand out there... I heard that them and Vic Firth are combining to make a super brand of sticks and symbols... Pretty sick. Anyway, yeah. Just curious what you have for a set.

  • @ChaoticPeace23 I list it on my channel.. That should be some awesome sticks and cymbals!!

  • hey dude this is a really cool beat but whats thenote on beat 2 and beat 4?? thanks

  • @emmett12345678 Oh, thats the symbol for a rim shot.. in the midi player it makes the backbeat more prominent.. I probably should have made that just a regular not with an accent.. so yeah, its just a loud snare hit.. :)

  • @DrumsZackDrums thanks :)

  • great beat...I subscribed and I hope you upload more of these...your covers are also amazing.

  • guitar pro cursor!

  • @DzagielAreq Hey bud, Im not upset.. I just wanted to explain the difference between the 2.. thanks for checkin me out!! keep in touch.. :)

  • @DzagielAreq /watch?v=qwQLk7NcpO4

my beat is no where near the Amen break.. and to be an Amen break it has to be sampled from the song Amen brother and modified with audio techniques.. this is just me playing the drums.. Your question doesnt really make any sense..

  • @DrumsZackDrums It really depends on your real definition of the Amen Break; many people believe that the Amen Break is a simple two-step beat with off-beat sixteenths on the "a" of 2 and the "e" of 3. Perhaps, being how the off-beat sixteenth notes are still somewhat present in this groove, and more prominently the bass drum in on "1 + (2) (3) + (4)" which is traditional in the actual Amen Break, a semblance could be formed between the two. At that point, it just breaks down to the roots, then.

  • @DzagielAreq its not an Amen break.. Its just a funky beat that I play!! :)

  • Your a realy good drummer. You must put alot of effot into drumming to make it look so naturall :)

  • @trainsss thanks! after 21 years it is natural.. :)

  • Clogs for the win!! :)))

I wish I could play on drums..
