First, I hate the music!!! .so you think you really rendered it much pretty? perfect? Your just wasting time, as much as you only like it. Design your logo because it is grucy...I think its much better if you'll remove that clip cause we hate it!!
THE BUILDING DESIGN IS GOOD BUT I AM ANNOYED WITH BY ITS BACKGROUND MUSIC/SOUND. WOULD PREFER THAT THE ANIMATION LINGERS A LITTLE LONGER ON ANGLES BEING SHOWN. I DONT WANT THE REPETITIVE BUT FAST PRESENTATION.
So the concensus is...show the stuff and get to the point...this is not you tube history here...show your stuff...let us see it...and lets move on...or at least show more...But please edit , edit, edit...hey but thanks for sharing...
the music is irritating...the titles take way too long, ...Now that said the rest is pretty good...nice to see some decent V-ray in sketchup....Interesting points of view for the images...nice...Maybe a few less of the same thing over and over...again...the modeling nice...but cut the animation down to maybe three minutes...do fly around at least to see...these are mostly if not all static shots with zoom in and out...keep up the good work

Here are some light-hearted tips
1) remove the music
2) change your shitty logo and remove the intro
3) compress your video length down to 1-3 mins of only interesting stuff
4) dont overuse the google 3D warehouse, they are crap
5) improve on your Vray renders with Photoshop
