Negative self-talk is something I really need to work on. It seems its on auto-pilot and its there no matter how much I try and suppress it. This helped though, I appreciate your work Dr. Walsh :)
Didn't you hear that story? I was invited to be at the head table at a large banquet in Beijing. The host told me to find my name written on a card where I was supposed to sit. When I fount it, it was, "Brain Wash." That was long before I knew that I was going to be a hypnotherapist. You can see the tail of end of me telling this story on my speaker promo video.
I was actually at this Seminar. Within 2 weeks after the seminar, I somehow found the strength and the courage to change the things in my life that really needed changing and had for many years. I attribute those changes to the hypnosis session he performed while at that seminar. Dr. Brian Waksh helped me to make those changes, and I stil use his techniques today. If you get a chance to go see this man...DO IT!! You will not regret it!!
