  • Did 4 sets of 30 second ropes today for football, this will get you tired. I was about to pass out at the last set.

  • I do several different sets of these for 30 seconds each with super sets of kettel bell tosses etc, and it kicks my ass.

  • Had a go of a 70lb rope.. The thing is a beast!

  • Ropes are so intense! I love them!!!!!!
