Phoenix Real Estate Rental Scam--Do Your Research Before You Rent!

My sister in law and brother sadly were the victims of this last weekend. The guy actually took down the for sale sign and acted as the owner. Now they are out $1600 dollars and may be homeless on Aril 1st. This is so sad, and hope it comes to an end soon!

@chrystineluvsfreddy I'm sad to hear that - that's just horrible. I've seen it happen several times in the Phoenix home market and that's one of the reason's I posted the video, as I'm sure it is widespread. Some of the banks are doing relocation assistance, so possibly they could get some help from the new owner.
