i can only imagine how lisa jefferson felt on that day........it was be traumatized as well.....i know Ms. Jefferson doenst see herself as a hero but she it. What she did took courage, patience, and the type of skill that your job cannot train you for. I applaud her and encourage her to keep the faith..........:)
