i think that's the secret staying in shape and eating health ...we are planing on getting pregnant next year or at least will try to have to and i started on getting my body in top shape just on building muscle ..thanks for al the great videos

The Family Medical Leave Act allows employees to take off for up to 12 weeks for the birth of a child, take care of a sick family member, etc. This leave is unpaid, but employees can use their own time to get paid. For example, I am taking 12 weeks off for the birth of my child. 8 weeks will be using paid disability; the remaining 4 weeks will be vacation.

I cant believe that a month has gone by that fast. It feels like you just had her. She is absolutely beautiful. She looks just like your hubby. You know what helps when it's shot time. She's so beautiful. Wow one month already. Seems like just last week you had her. Wow my son weighed 8 pounds 3 ounces 21.5 inches long at birth and he was a month early....lol So to me all babies are small compared to what I went through. You surely are blessed with a beautiful family.
