  • Is it normal when doing exercises such skull crushers and overhead tricep extension it hurts my elbow rather than my tricep? im worrying about that since my elbows arlready have latches... :(

  • i did this workout for the first time, i was able to do 5 clean ones, but after doing them my wrists start to hurt really bad.

  • @JzabelXI don't fully extend your arms and they won't hurt and you get more tension in your triceps which is good burns more!!

    That is the same as saying a deadlift i bad for your back, as long take your time a don't increase the difficulty to fast this will strengthen your wrist, which is necessary if your going to preform more advanced bodyweight work.

  • Very useful exercise, Daniel. Really puts the pressure on the triceps. Started doing it regularly a couple of months ago and I remember how sore my triceps was in the beginning. Can't imagine a better way to train this muscle.
