@FitnessFAQs - I have lost a ot of weight, very quickly in the past couple of years, and now all my "bingo wings" are are just pure skin, will they ever be able to get solid following those excersises??
Is it normal when doing exercises such skull crushers and overhead tricep extension it hurts my elbow rather than my tricep? im worrying about that since my elbows arlready have latches... :(
That is the same as saying a deadlift i bad for your back, as long take your time a don't increase the difficulty to fast this will strengthen your wrist, which is necessary if your going to preform more advanced bodyweight work.
Very useful exercise, Daniel. Really puts the pressure on the triceps. Started doing it regularly a couple of months ago and I remember how sore my triceps was in the beginning. Can't imagine a better way to train this muscle.
