The senate and house passed the joint war powers resolution giving president bush the authority to use our armed forces. Biden and Obama voted in favor of the resolution.

I beg to differ I believe thatt they are the modern day Continental Army or the Union Army of the 1860s I believe they are opposing those who would take the sides of the Red Army of Russia. Most public lynchings were done by the Union Army if you account for the western territories. Remember that members of the Union and Continental Army also attended public hangings. Hell they didnt have tea bags back then may as well attend a hanging.
