I started baton when i was 2. I compete at notre dame every july 4 nationals. I'm in the group of Angel's high steppers :P

its in tucson this year!!! but even if it is like 20 mins. away from my house i will be out of town! if you have been to any az comps my team are the tucson twirlers...

USTA nationals are. i think they are at the TCC or it could be the u of a...or somewere eles here. i just remember getting like 20 info sheets about it.i wish i could go!

wait what is AYOP? USTA is united states twirling assoc. then i also sometimes twirl for NBTA national baton twirling assoc. but i just went to a comp on saturday. fun

AYOP is NBTA's nationals. it stands for america's youth on parade. and as far as where it is this year, it's still in south bend, but not all the events are going to be at Notre Dame. we can't use the arena but i guess the open events will still be in the fieldhouse. there's going to be an olympic type feel this year with events at different venues throughout the city. at least that's what i've heard so far

i'm only 13 but i compete in the Twirltacular competitions every year. and this past year I did a solo routine to the Corny Colins show Theme song (if thats what its called)and won

1st in solo-freestyle age 13-15

Twirltacular Tennessee. its usually in Memphis and i wanted to go to the Hawaii championships but (of course) my mom said no.

i also do Twirltacular Arkansas (usually in Jonesboro) over the summer
