is it me or does it truly hit other people at 1:09 (wen the guitar chord changes as the guy's running in slo-mo) that there is simply no turning back for these brave women and we dnt know we don't know see them again and that they might've died in eacch other's arms? cus wen i hear that guitar change i just wanna cry loool :P

Geena Davis at her best, she never was so good before or after !... not mentionning Susan Sarandon, such a freat actress !... That what true friendchip should be, stronger than love, it's tragic but at the same time it's full of hope, they love eachother so much that they are happy to die together hands in hands !!!

I was so down when I first saw the movie because of the ending it made a whole new meaning to all they showed before and I dont know but I just didnt expect this it was easy and funny to watch and than it came so harum-scarum made me feel a little depressed for a while but thats what makes the film so dramatic and "meaningful"

---first saw this 17 and a half years ago----one of my favorite movies;unsure why of that but probably because it seems to mirror real life inasmuch as sometimes things go from bad to worse so quickly and there is no easy way out----and also lots of people who do run from the law end up taking their own life.
