  • the airline went belly up? hardly. anyway, what were the circumstances of the delay? weather? Air Traffic Control delays? if the delay was caused by something outside of US Airways control, like the weather or ATC, etc, then its not fair to expect the airline to pay for all expenses, because the delay wasn't their fault. Had the delay been for Maintenance, or Late Arriving Crew, or something that US Airways could have prevented, then yes you will be entitled to Hotel and Ground Transportation

  • @rVc81471 hmmm, i did reread the description, and i dont see anything that says the reason for the delay that caused you to miss the connection. so next time provide that information, and if the delay was caused by something within US Airways control, then all the more power to you, but otherwise, your complaints in this video are unfounded.

  • @lojosol again, go re-read the description. Maybe someday you'll get the point. Sounds as if you work for the airline which would explain why you are a little on the "slow" side.

  • @rVc81471 again i reread your description, and all it says is that "The airline was late picking us up in Cancun and therefore we missed our connecting flight in Philadelphia." why were they late? was there bad weather? were they overhauling the aircraft????? were they waiting on the tarmac for ATC to clear them to depart??????????. something this horrible of an experience you would think you could remember.

  • @RickMakesGoodVideos yes, fly southwest, where you're charged for bag fees via your ticket, even if you dont want to check bags, where you still have to pay a change fee even though their commercials say you dont, and where you are NOT allowed to sit wherever you want, because there are no assigned seats, meaning that by the time you are on board, the only seats left are the middle seats. Southworst, the airline that makes you reclaim and recheck your bags if you want to fly to where they don't!

  • I had a nightmare with US Scare ways (lol). I had to be back a day earlier than the flight I had arranged with them. They said that changing the flight would incur a $150 penalty and whatever they wanted to charge for my flight back. Plus, my originating flight from Manchester, NH to LaGuardia was delayed, and I would have to miss my connecting flight out of LaGuardia. So they set me up with a flight out of Philly instead. May I add that Philly has a nice skyline view from Terminal D (PHL)?

  • you should know the restrictions of the ticket that you are purchasing. if you just followed what you have in your ticket, you should have not charge that amount. Understand, there are some factors that are beyond our control..thats why you need to know the rules...

  • yeah, I've been one of their Telephone Representative and their services is all jokes, just for them to survive their losing business,,, When you fly this airline, don't ask for refunds or don't take their free vouchers because it's nothing, what I wan you to do is to get the name of the personnel and other information and ask you Attorney what to do...
