well I am a clogged and she is basically doing dig heels at first and then she does a basic and that thing where she crosses in front then back and she does a basic is a scuff or the beginning of a scottie

In clogging, it's known as a Basic. The other step where she does double steps crossing in front, then out to the side, before adding a Basic on the end, I believe is called a Strum (any cloggers can correct me). And for those who don't believe clogging isn't dancing or different from tap, think again.
