@HLFracture Both Arabs and Jews have valid claims to different areas in Israel. In fact, there has always been a large Jewish presence in modern day Israel. Likewise, there are parts of the West Bank that have always had an Arab majority. There's a good book written by Alan Dershowitz called "The Case for Israel" that addresses a lot of the myths surrounding this conflict. Check it out. I was enlightened, too, when I read the book.

I've read it, it's utter trash. It rehashes a lot of academic fraud from pro-Israel literature in the1980's. Parts of it are taken directly from a conspiracy theory book written by Joan Peters (a CBS News producer), including falsified Ottoman land statistics. Look at his reviews.

Either way that's not the point. There have always been Jews there, they can live wherever they want. The fact is, they're driving EVERYONE ELSE OUT based on religious belief. That's indefensible.

Had it not been for the destruction of that reactor, there would probably be a huge loss of life...mostly Arab.
