Art Bell asked Ed Dames to remote view the source of this EVP, and Ed said that apparently it was a fetus being aborted. I've got a version of this that has been run through audio processors to remove background noise and pull out the voices more clearly. There are actually 3 separate voices. There's what sounds to be a young boy who keeps saying "I can't breathe", a very low, demonic sounding voice that says "Murder" twice. And a third voice that sounds like a normal adult male who at one point says "Let him breathe."

(B)....the splashing doesnt start till a few minutes into the recording..so im guessing she may not have even been in the bath at the beginning..but lifted into it ..to be drowned. The other disturbing thing that i never noticed so much previously.. is a thud at the end as if her head has been slammed against the bottom of the tub. Whoever the victim was they were dazed or drugged for sure...this would maybe explain..(i cant breathe)

How would you be able to speak if you were drowning? I've almost drowned before. I could never manage to say anything. I could only flail and reach out and claw some guy's leg. I was at this swimming pool that makes big-ass waves, and one of them dragged me under. From personal experience, it's kinda hard to talk when you can't breathe.
This is very disturbing, I wouldnt say it is not the voice of a child but of a woman who sounds as if she has already been through some ordeal given the sound of her voice.. or even in shock or drugged...sounds like she is in the bath..and she is being abused and killed because she is trying to defend herself against this man..Just my opinion anyway.

I lived in a student house and to get to the bathroom you had to go through the kitchen which was off of the living room...I was alone at night while friends were out raving and I distinctly heard the toilet flush, I ran into the bathroom and the toilet was not flushing out, as I turned to leg it out of there I could here the slapping sound of bare feet on the linoleum before me...I just froze...didn't know what to do..it was scary then but amusing after..a ghost going potty x x Lol

You are correct. The woman says she can't breath. There is a male voice that says "F**k you" several times during the recording. The voice print appears to be EVP by visual confirmation.

The EVP was recorded in a former mental hospital in Odgen,Utah.
When it was a mental hospital children were not treated there. There is simply no historical facts to support children ever having anything to do with this building. However, G.I.S did uncover a accidental drowning in a canal that runs beside the building. A 9 year old was accidently drowned there in the '50s. Noone can say one way or the other what may have been the cause behind this evp.

It doesn't say "Murder". I know many people think so, but Murder is a 2 syllable word. What is spoken is one syllable and ends in a hard "K" sound.

(B)....the splashing doesnt start till a few minutes into the recording..so im guessing she may not have even been in the bath at the beginning..but lifted into it ..to be drowned. The other disturbing thing that i never noticed so much previously.. is a thud at the end as if her head has been slammed against the bottom of the tub. Whoever the victim was they were dazed or drugged for sure...this would maybe explain..(i cant breathe)
Just my opinion..once again...it is still a disturbing evp.

(A)After listening to this again after some months since my last comment..i have read all that has been said about this evp. I still believe it to be a woman.. and not a child... the pace of speech is slow, but i can detect an accent..possibly french..

it doesn't sound like "I can't breathe" it almost sounds like "happy new year" and at the end it sound like soemone sloshing in a bathtub, but definately not death throes sloshing and thrashing about. bolloks.

How would you be able to speak if you were drowning? I've almost drowned before. I could never manage to say anything. I could only flail and reach out and claw some guy's leg. I was at this swimming pool that makes big-ass waves, and one of them dragged me under. From personal experience, it's kinda hard to talk when you can't breathe.

This EVP was from a building in Ogden Utah.
Very disturbing. An EVP can have other noises in the backround. The room were this was recorded, never had running water in it.
There still are alot of questionability about this EVP. But none the less its a creepy one.

This is very disturbing, I wouldnt say it is not the voice of a child but of a woman who sounds as if she has already been through some ordeal given the sound of her voice.. or even in shock or drugged...sounds like she is in the bath..and she is being abused and killed because she is trying to defend herself against this man..Just my opinion anyway.

compelling. only two problems i have with this one. not saying its NOT authentic, but i can't figure out how a spirit would manifest the sound of water and the man's voice sounds like it's been put through a voice alteration program.

Spirits often repeat their death experience so if she drowned then it would make sense that she would be saying I can't breathe over and over and over in her death.

I lived in a student house and to get to the bathroom you had to go through the kitchen which was off of the living room...I was alone at night while friends were out raving and I distinctly heard the toilet flush, I ran into the bathroom and the toilet was not flushing out, as I turned to leg it out of there I could here the slapping sound of bare feet on the linoleum before me...I just froze...didn't know what to do..it was scary then but amusing after..a ghost going potty x x Lol

At 0.17 I heard a very low voice saying: "fuck you". At 0.20 the female voice said:" please help me" And the low voice goes:"fuck you" at 0.23.

OMFG!!!! this is creepy!!! its like the female ghost is being drowned ,or strangled by the man in here. is it just me, or did you hear her saying" i cant breath. i cant breath" and then he was all "oh well" like he was killing her. i think that that is the reason you have this ghost. They will hold on to the way they died, and replay it over and over. so i think she is trying to show you that she was murdered. you should get that profesionally checked out. really.

the evp i have is very clear even with breathing, and i swear it is real. so, because it's clear doesn't mean it isn't real.i understand skepticism, so i say try it for yourself. be prepared for what you might get.

You are correct. The woman says she can't breath. There is a male voice that says "F**k you" several times during the recording. The voice print appears to be EVP by visual confirmation.

The EVP was recorded in a former mental hospital in Odgen,Utah.
When it was a mental hospital children were not treated there. There is simply no historical facts to support children ever having anything to do with this building. However, G.I.S did uncover a accidental drowning in a canal that runs beside the building. A 9 year old was accidently drowned there in the '50s. Noone can say one way or the other what may have been the cause behind this evp.
