I definitely don't hear the resemblance. Especially since they're in two completely different keys. You [or whoever made it] should have probably pitched down the Seven Nation Army part.

Anyway, if you wanna hear a song that's seriously almost identical to this song...look up Sweet Dreams by Eurythmics. The only difference is Disturbia's in the key of B minor and Sweet Dream's in the key of C minor.
