To elaborate: the final refrain is the IT part of the song, put all the emotion and what's left in the tank for that part. The rest of the song should be emotional but the final refrain should be the pinnacle. If you listen to the recording you can hear it in the singer's voice.

Good work on harmony. You two got a little fancy at the end and it didn't sound as great as it did in the beginning.  You two work very well together and both have good pop sounding tone for the song. I enjoyed it and it sounded really good, except for the end.

Another note: I would say focus a bit more on the dynamics of the song. The buildup is focused on the solo (maybe you could learn it) and the last refrain. Save your energy for the last, and just let it ring for the rest of the song.
