So this must be the original. The version I remember from coca cola in the 70's has a chorus "It's the real thing"...

This is really a very beautiful song of peace and love throughout the world. Whoever compose this song I deeply respect and coca cola too for popularizing this one in as far as the Philippines in the 70's and 80's.
