@imadesignfan If you look at any dance comp, you'll realise that the reason kids wear costumes like these is because the judges need to be able to see their muscle movement ( e.g. if their hips are aligned) to be able to correctly judge them. They're wearing these clothes JUST for dance because it is necessary, they're not parading down the street in them. Don't look at the world through the eyes of pedophiles..It's only sexy if you make it sexy.

But unfortunately, this is what judges of dance comps require and it's hard to make costumes follow the rules ( i.e. you have to be able to see all the dancer's muscles) without making them look too inappropriate. Believe me, I'm not putting you down, you have a really valid point. I'm just saying that , just like how its normal to wear a bikini at the beach, this is normal for dance.
