Yes! Sony left me no choice, but to create another account. While PSN was down, I previously had an email, which does no longer exist. Then, when it came back up, I had to change my password. Of course, my previous email address was used along with my old password. Therefore, having a new password kept me from getting access to my old PSN account. NOW, I am using a new account, which meant I had to start over.
