I like how you just jump to the conclusion that I'm "merciful" and threatening...but it's ok because your just automatically going to assume I'm "merciful" even though you don't know me. But no I wouldn't threaten him or beat the gay out of him. He just wont be gay. It's going to be the environment in a nut shell. Homeschooling and organic everything. Low rate of hormone mix.

@omarlives Yea some are born gay but I know mine wont because of the environment its brought up in. If you research homosexuality you will eventually run into information about social construct. You should research this. My kid or kids will be homeschooled. Theyre diets will be fully organic as well as through pregnancy. And I will be keeping them away from female hormones that are found in plastics and other materials that can affect the kid while growing up.

@dman0042 2 of 2. Those who have the inclination to be gay should have the right to be the way God developed them. If you kid turned out to be gay would you damn it to hell or disown him or her? A God of infinite compassion wouldn't do that. A even a person like me with finite compassion wouldn't do that to them. Hope logic sets in. But I doubt any of this makes a lick of sense to you.

Please make a difference between being gay and having sex with someone of the same sex. There are many gays out there that stay away from sex, that choose to live in celibacy. Should they burn in hell for that??

@mrbhave I'm sorry but your wrong. Religion and the belief of a God are very very separate things. If I believe there are little green men in space does that make it a religion? No. So believing in something does not make a religion out of it. Religion is a practice. Religions have organized behaviors meaning you go to church and have meetings and you worship in the church.

@dman0042 The word "religion" when used as the adjective "religiously" has nothing to do with superstition or invisible avengers. People can play or watch sports "religiously" or adhere to a work ethic "religiously." As I explained in my original examples, it is belief in something "without fail." So I am absolutely right in my definition, which is not exclusive to what you just said.

@dman0042 Nonsense. The "church" is just a building, not unlike any other. It isn't until people of the same mindset enter the building and discuss their fervent, religious "belief" in something unprovable that makes it a "church" in the sense that you're describing.
"Belief" in something without evidence IS "religion." Where did you even get the idea of a "god" in the first place? Belief in god is a learned behavior; a religious belief in the unknowable. Why only believe in one?

@mrbhave Like I said...Belief in something without evidence IS faith. And whether your right or wrong, I believe in a God but I do not believe in religion. Religion would be practicing my faith in God and I do not do that. Religion is a divider and it impedes the mind. Religion to me makes you feel like you should live in fear and not in/for God. Church to me is for people who are to weak willed to live by the ten commandments without the guidance of a church. I stand by no religion.
