If your Eichler still has those woodlined walls, consider removing it and replacing it with fire safe sheetrock. This is true--they do need lots of work--esp. now when they are getting to be 30 to 40 yrs old! Some are very beautiful!

if a opportunity arises, make video interior, so that one can see it that. of course as far as possible.

It is BEAUTIFUL inside--with an INNER courtyard patio--OPEN air...Some have think Mexican tile on the floor--GORGEOUS :)
