  • superb as usual for ultravox.. loved them since 81 x

  • love ths song. i've always loved midge u-vox and the chieftains. always nice to see ones two favorate groups together.

  • love this song. thechieftains and ultravox together is brilliant. love that nice lookig bloke up front with the guitar especially.

  • GREAT SOND INDEED!

  • A Fantastic Song.....Best From "U-Vox".....But Back In 86....This Was The Sound and Vision Of a Band Dying..... Ultravox Were At This Time Unfortunately

The Video In That Sense Is Quite Ironic In Many Ways!!! Thank GOD 23 Years Later They Reformed! With The BEST Drummer In Warren Cann!!

  • @Bonoerra Yeah they reformed.. well and good...but they are just another 80's Kareokee band singing to a backing track 'live' on stage. Sadly the spark has gone so best we remember them in the glory days of the 80's, they didn't..and WON't do any new Material.. so that says a lot.

  • Uvox was such a good album...sad it was the last

  • this is one I didn't like

  • There is (too) much bitterness in this song.

  • I hadn't heard this song for 20 years. And it's still got one of the more memorable melodies I've ever heard even now...

  • A class song from the 80s brings back loads of good memories cant believe its 23 years ag

  • This beautiful tunes remember me my childhood in eastern Block and now I fell very proud from my past life and my experiences. It was grey and we were very pour but now we can fell a taste of freedom like any other nation in western World.

  • @bogbron it is very nice what you said...... I came from Hungary so ... I know...

  • Aaah!hhh the cold war, the ever present threat of nuclear obliterarion lingering over our heads. those were the days.... sigh!

  • would have been good, probably why so many things got discovered then as no one was afraid to try things because they could be dead tommorow. not like today where you cant open a sandwhich without a health and safety fool telling you to wear eye goggles when you do it or something.

  • I love ya Midge and gang!

  • I see that members of The Chieftains collaborated with Ultravox on this song. Nice work, I had forgotten this song.

  • what happened to his little tash and sideburns?????

  • Forgot all about this song until recently it just poped into my head. Good to hear it after so many years. Unlikely combination at the time but really works well together.

  • i love the chieftains but the harp player looks like a headmaster, and not the nice kind. the kind that wont give you any more porridge.

  • Musik, die nie alt wird.

  • Another classic from the band

  • abolsutement!!

  • super piosenka!!!! jak wszystkie ulravox-u!!!

  • Amazing song

  • Brill !!!! 10-10
