@SamuraiPirate88 I think so. It is powered by a small 12 volt transistor oscillator driving a flyback transformer out of an old TV.

@therammak The thruster works because of the shape. It is just a ring for a cathode with a anode probe inside. When you apply high voltage DC, the energy flows in one dirrection from anode to cathode and ionized air moves with it.
