My pug does that every time he gets a bath/goes out in the rain or he'll do it when he gets excited. Yesterday my brother pulled out our new sleeper sofa or whatever it's called(a couch with the bed thing inside of it._.) and i picked my pug up and put him on it. he started running in circles and biting the blanket.
