  • From what I have read, I have understood that the Sheiko-workouts are designed for a person who goes to the gym twice a day.

  • I've heard that, however, most people that I know of, including top coaches who use and disseminate info about sheiko, do their sheiko workouts in one session.

  • Allright, so it propably works fine that way. Im on first week of a sheiko beginner program and was just wandering... My body is still sore from monday, did some deadlifts a couple hours ago and now Im going to go do some rack pulls. Hope I can make through the routine =)

  • It can seem really hard sometimes, but you'll make it through.

  • Nice work man. Gotta love grinding them out under a squat bar. Nothing seems to feel worse when your doing it and better when your finished.

  • Thanks, dude. To be honest, these weights shul've been light and they weren't. I buggered this workout the night before and wen into the gym this day with really sore quads. I could barely squat the bar, lol.
