I grew up mostly watching the TAS, but this one was decent as well. However, one thing I couldn't stand right from the beginning is how they altered The Joker's face in this version. In the original series, his face was detailed and delightfully-insane, while as this version's was far too plain. It's as if they just stripped it down and just made a crudely-drawn face.

However, I prefer this version over "The Batman" version.

@Jack567898 Well as they stated she was a novice and so she was desperate to make a name for herself, the very reason that she came to Arkham in the first place, so it makes sense that she was attracted to a high profile convict like the Joker. As a novice psychiatrist she was obviously highly susceptible to the very tricks that she had yet to master. Above all it's just a cartoon :)

Hmm. So THAT'S how Harley Quinn came to be. Sounds like a fitting story, and I found it amusing how, around the end, the Joker was sitting in the psycho-analyst's chair and not Harley. Although to be perfectly frank, I thought TAS's design of Joker's face was a lot better than this one. In this one, his face looks to plain and not as psychotic and disturbingly wacky's as the initial series'.
