This makes me miss my old 93 integra with a B16A2 swap with full type r valvetrain/bolt ons. Thing screamed up to 8800 rpms give or take. I had the limiter set for 9 grand. What I don't miss is the wheel hop. Lol.
thats still stock, you can see complete horsepower loss after 8000, he just took the limiter off and lets it rev to 9000 and just says he has this and that.
@thedominionx You think you know your shit huh? You and 14 other people are dents. The point of reving past stock red-line is to get your cars motor above the powerband so after your shift you're still in it rather than under it. I'd also like to know how you can "see complete horsepower loss" please tell me how this is seen ohh great car god.
If you ask me you're going to high on your revs. Even with the stage two cams you still need stronger valve springs to keep from having valve float. You might go a little faster if you limit it to 8200 or 8500.
is it a b18c as in jdm gsr?, or jdm type r swap? cuz it didnt seem to pick up revs as quick as my b18c r swap in my teggy, not to mention ur civic chassis, plus ur gas light was on effecient lol, thats even less weight, if its a gsr swap then its not that bad i guess, but if its an itr then something is not right.
@driftslave because he just showing how he has to rev the piss out of it to stay in the power. anyone kno why they made it that way.... peak hp @ redline(8k) where your never wanna go for long & when you shift you fall below peak torque(7.5k)???? looks fun none the less
sorry to bother but if u dont wanna waste time doing the swap just do what i did. i just bought a 93 civic si hatchback with a 96 jdm type r swap for like $5000 from my inlaw

Even with stage 1 cams you should really upgrade you're valve springs and retainers.
