  • Hell can freeze over before Argentina ever get those islands

  • COME HAVE ANOTHER GO YOU DOPEY DAGOES AND GET YOURSELVES ANOTHER GOOD BEATING

  • godbye coronel jones

  • Is it true they did a bayonet charge in this war?

  • @steve5123456789 Yes they did charge with bayonet's. I read that in some case's the ammo had run so low that the order went out fix bayonet's. I also saw a German WWII Africa Corp soldier on TV saying that the British fought close combat with bayonet's quite often in the desert. To be honest that would scare the hell out of me.

  • id be hiding my ass in some hole..

  • the british have not yet the maturity to accept they are an EX world power and cannot impose their rule on foreign territories with violence. but one day they will and territories like "falkland" (malvinas) and gibraltar will pass into legal ownership.

  • @zobielamouche1 BUT WE'D STILL BASH FUCK OUT OF YOUR COUNTRY ANYTIME WE FEEL LIKE IT....WHY DONT YOU TRY AND INVADE THE "FALKLANDS"AGAIN AND GET YOURSELVES ANOTHER GOOD HIDING YOU SMELLY GREASEBALL PEALLA EATING CUNT

  • Sorry, but the first geezer is full of shit.

  • not even the bloody Milan they're showing here, the Milan was ground mounted NOT shoulder launched, these are 94's they're showing here.

  • USA + UK + NATO vs Argentina

  • Read "Not mentioned in despatches" It will clearify a lot!!!

  • I see the Argies had the white flags at the ready lol. It's as if they had made the white flags with the intention of killing as many Brits as possible from long range until the Brits were on top of them where they would then surrender :)

  • I believe that some 17 british soldiers and 250 argentinians were killed, how can the disproportion be explained? the argentinians were on defensive positions.

  • more than 17 english were killed, and obviously much less argentine were killed.

  • You obviously have no grip on reality pal.

  • Argentine had 49 dead in that battle, England I don't know but were more than 17

  • And if we count the dead in helicopters, planes and ships involved in this battle english deads are much more than argentinian.

  • BRITISH, not English.

255 Combat deaths are those from land, sea and air. You can read the full break down in many books and on official data releases.

Exactly why you feel the need to distort historical data to lessen the shame of defeat (my guess is that you weren't even born in 1982)... is beyond me.

However, if you continue to troll this channel you will be banned.

  • I was talking about the deaths in Darwin-Goose Green battle.

Shame of defeat? Come on, I am proud of my brave soldiers that made you loss millions and millions of dollars.

You with all that technological advantage were near to be defeated.

  • There were no British ships or aircraft destroyed at Goose Green. Perhaps this is a new fantasy made up my malvinites? ...I've heard rather alot.

  • Why the personal pronouns? Neither of us were there, so you'd do well to remember that and show some respect to the memory of those who fell.

Pounds, sunshine, not dollars. And worth every penny.

The Aegrentine economy crashed into a cycle it has still no recovered from due (in large part) to that war, in contrast the British economy enjoyed one of the greatest booms of it's rather vibrant economic history.

Book yourself in for a reality check.

  • @FalklandsPortal por qué no vas cerrando el culito. No te enteraste de todo el apoyo en armamentos y satelites que los yanquis le dieron. Leé un poco de historia neutral y no te guies por este canal pro-anglosajón llamado History.

    Entendiste putito ?

  • @martinbernardo1969 Puta tu madre

  • A Pucara shot down a British helicopter on a Casualty Evacuation mission. The Pucara crashed on the flight back to Port Stanley & the pilot was killed

  • @FalklandsPortal

uhm argentine airforce shot and sinked a landing craft am i correct?

  • @FalklandsPortal No, there were no British ships at Goose Green which is inland of the channel between the two islands. It was purely an army operation with a bit of air support.

  • @Labumboy

Actually, I think there was naval support nearby. However, thanks to the very poor weather conditions it wasn't able to be used. There was an SAS patrol nearby with the objective recon of the area and calling in this gun fire support.

But yeah, you are basically right that it was mainly done without air, artillery or naval support.

  • @argentinoalamuerte

    LOL!! @argentinoalamuerte

"We wanted you to spend money, so we won the war".

    LOL @ argentinoalamuerte

  • @argentinoalamuerte

I wouldn't call finding 60,000,000,000 barrells worth of oil loosing millions of dollars. It paid off in the end...my friend :0

  • @argentinoalamuerte on this battle we had no technological advantage .. infact because of the terrain a disagvantage as mortar etc couldnt be used whilst the argentines were in trencheds with MGs the Paras ran with bayonets into the fire and we were out numbered 3 to 1... seconldly, it's POUNDS, and every one was worth it...RULE GREAT BRITAIN.. so don't come here and troll alode of bullshit just becasue you're embarrassed at how SHIT YOUR COUNTRY IS!!!

  • @argentinoalamuerte HA HA HA AND WE'RE PROUD YOUR SOLDIERS TOO ESPECIALLY THE ONES THAT FOUND OUT THAT THEY WERE GONNA FACE THE GHURKAS AT STANLEY AND SHIT THEMSELVES AND SURRENDERED WITHOUT A SHOT BEING FIRED

  • @FalklandsPortal Actually he may be right on helicopters. I think it is possible that our losses were greater than theirs. I am not sure though. (I am taking his word for dead to mean lost.)

  • @alanheath Argentina lost more helis and a lot more aircraft in general.

The total dead in the war was 255 British and 649 Argies.

  • @lgr1991 I was referring to the entire war of course. I am not disputing aircraft or people. I am just suggesting that we may have lost more helicopters than they did because of the loss of the Atlantic Conveyor. But to be honest I don't know.

  • @alanheath So was i, in the entire war, Argentina lost 1 more helicopter than we did.

    So you were close:P

  • @FalklandsPortal manipulating official data?? and if so "ofiaciales" because the English government will give the true figures of deaths in 2072?, e suna SHAME fight a country that does not recognize its fallen, you would like to visit me in Mexico so we could discuss at a level more bloody and passionate?

    EscucharLeer fonéticamente

  • @CheckEngine99 Firstly, we did not lose 2072 men in the falkands we lost 257... also it is the British government ... there is as such thing as the english governtment...

  • 15 MEN from two Para, one Pilot on a Casualty Evacuation Mission & a Royal Engineer.

Argentina is 47 including the pilot of an Aermacchi shot down during the battle

    Argentinea lost the war

  • Yes, because they had worst leadership, morale was beyond zero and the brits are badass.

  • @zitadelle44 Actually, it was 17 British soldiers and 47 Argentininians.

  • @warpedcomedy English bullshits.

  • The British air cover was provided by around 20 RN Sea Harriers

  • In the whole conflict but not in this battle.

  • Sidewinders.

  • Of course.

  • Actually there are no accounts of RAF pilots dogfighting with Argentine aircraft, only Fleet Air Arm Sea Harriers. The GR3 Harrier didn't have a radar remember.
