with my head phones on it sounded like waterfalls/heavy rain (probably my most favourite noise ever lol!). Great studio by the way! I'm not a makeup artist and i dont really plan on becoming one (maybe a freelance makeup artist? Maybe some day lol). As of now, I would LOVE to have my own room specifically for where I can have an organized makeup section, my sewing area, etc etc. *sigh*. again, maybe someday lol

For your window curtains. I put in my place a solid & in the middle of the solids I put a see thru (don't remember what you call it) curtains. So if I want privacy I completely close it & if I want a little privacy but be able to c out I Have the solids pushed to each side and the c thru completely closed. Then if I want tons of sunlight during the day coming thru I push the solids to each side and put the c through curtains on the hooks I have on each side of the window. Hope this makes sence.
