The police didn't "beat Ian Tomlinson untill he had a heart attack" He was being Drunk and Disorderly and when pushed by an officer, becuase of his inhebriated state fell over.
He died about 30 mintes later.
In my experence, when ever I have been pushed over I have not once had a heart attack.
