im 23 and got this game in 94 when i was 8 and still play it now on my sega mega drive and i only just completed it last year for the 1st time cos it gets really hard towards the end, its still my fav sega game along with sonic 1,2,3 and knuckles which were class aswell

Also, I have never heard any more of Trouble Bruins music beyond the first small bit that plays before he's squashed by Mad Dog. Bizarre. xP
