  • Remember Mr.Coverdale talking about this song when the album was released and tho it was never released I never thought I'd ever get to hear it, so much obliged for posting it!

  • man this is great

  • WOOW!!!!! Epic moves they got... it's just a 2 genious with great moves :>

  • great music, lame video!

  • @fancyfripouille :It's not a video,it's just a simple photo session.

  • Man that Jimmy is fricken awesome!

  • Great song.

  • NICE!!!!!!!!

  • Why the fuck did this song not make it onto the coverdale/page cd??great!..these guys need to do a follow up cd!!

  • How did this song not make the cut??

  • jimmy is so fucking amazing, even if he will be 100 years old, sitting on a wheelchair, he's still going to be sign of awesomness

  • Here's a thought on Cov...there is not ONE OTHER VOCALIST in rock history who has worked as many ridiculously talented guitarists....name me one. Richie Blackmore, Mel Galley, Bernie Marsden, John Sykes, Adrian Vandenberg, Steve Vai, Warren DeMartini, and of course, Jimmy freakin' Page....I don't love all of these guys (not a fan of Vai's style), and I love the more blues-rock style and Slide it In more than the later stuff....but Cov is a man who loves guitarists!

  • @decristo1021 And don't forget Tommy Bolin.

  • @decristo1021 I would say Paul Rogers has him beat. Jimmy Page,Brian May, Paul Kossoff, Steve Vai ,Neal Schon,Gary Moore, David Gilmour, Jeff Beck, Steve Miller, Buddy Guy, Richie Sambora, Brian Setzer, Slash and Trevor Rabin.

  • If Page and Coverdale had released the CP album in, say, 1989, instead of Slip of the Tongue and Outrider, it would have sold at least 5 million. As it is, it went platinum right smack in the middle of the grunge horsesh*t. Classic case of bad timing. Three, even two years earlier and this would have been a massive album.

  • solo is wicked .

    page is king

  • This is priceless.

  • Man,how come that didn't make it on the album, that song is so good!

  • So, i have this, southern confort and good love. Are there more demos? if anyone knows tell me

  • so heavy, love it.

  • Page's so awsome, too bad he didn't do anything last decade, i would love to hear some new material by him. Outrider, Coverdale Page, No Quarter and Walking into Clarksdale all had very good songs. I Hope the rumors of He writing new stuff with Jason Bonham and John Paul Jones are real.

  • @Luxmaxnike Check out Black Country Communion's 2nd album, the song Save Me was a song Paige Jones and Jason were working on after the O2 Arena show. It has Zep..... Paige all over it. If Plant stayed on instead of doing his band of joy and reworked zeppelin stuff they would have kicked major ass. Plant is an asshole.

  • @zeprls Page that would be. Getting to smart for myself with typing. LOL.

  • @zeprls That song is fuckin' amazing.

  • @Luxmaxnike Sounds a little like a slowed down version of Trampled Under Foot. Too bad Plant pussed out. Great song though. Great group BCC. Saw them Live. Bonamassa is epic. check him out. Joe Bonamassa.

  • @zeprls bcc2 is an amazing album . Not just vintage sounding fas a gimmick but the material is as good as alot of things released in the glory days of stadium rock . They just happen to sound old school but its still really fresh . Great record. anyone who has not heard it is missing out /

  • Agree 100%. Great Live too. Gotta Love Joe Bonamassa.

  • @zeprls yep Jo Bo is as good as it gets . That entire band is just mindblowing

  • When Pagey riffs, i hear God talking to me :D

  • Face Melting Riff.... Oh my gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad.... My face meltsssssss

Dammit how did they miss it in the album....

  • 3:55 : KASHMIR...

  • I missed this tune when the cd came out - Awesome! Thanks for posting!

  • the only problem was they hired the wrong Heart drummer! I always wondered if Page fucked up assuming the 70's Heart drummer was this dude. That dude from 70's Heart was a great Bonham clone

  • @elviszeppelin

Indeed, Michael Derosier was a beast.

  • @moreblack Denny Carmassi did the drum track on this tune.

  • @massF1 I know.

  • JIMMY PAGE TILL DEATH. BEST RIFF IVE HEARD SINCE BRING IT ON HOME.

  • wow! absolutely fantastic ,imagine those riff was at 90's ,it sound very modern, those guys are my favarite musicians, if anyone dont likeCoverdale please go away, i just hate those people critizise so much of Coverdale, he is very unique rock singer , nobody sing like him

  • i cannot stand this Coverversion poser...but Jimmy ROCKS!!!!

  • Led Zeppelin is the true father of heavy metal!!!!!!!!!! Good song

  • @666767 What kind of band you like buddy? Are you a real heavy bad boy dressed with Maiden Metallica T-Shitrs? Come on!

  • @whitesnakeblog Dude, Metallica rocks! I'm discovering them now, but "One" is a masterpiece. I love this song too though.

  • @666767 Retard!

  • @666767 I feel so sad about you.. :)

  • @666767 it is a tendency of self loathing closet gays to wish and to imply that other men ,better men than themselves , are gay . And then they pretend it offends them . you suck . bad

  • @666767 oyeahh! Justin Bieber is you hero, right?;)

  • Comment removed

  • @666767 God, David and Jimmy have mercy on your soul, poor ignorant.

  • @666767 it was fucking 1993, dude, what do you expect? Besides, Page was never a "pretty boy" by any stretch.

Why didn't they ever release this song? The riffs are killer!

  • NEVER

  • Not to sound homophobic but GAYEST VIDEO EVER!!!!

  • @elviszeppelin well, you know they are just posing for camera and this is not kinda musicvideo! It just seem gay when two guys posing for camera.

  • @Sneixx I know. 1993 was a cheesy year with the poses i suppose. Totally underrated band though

  • Oh Leppard snake . I know who is singing .I was into Coverdale since back in his Deep Purple days. I was speaking as a guitar player . Relax .

  • thanx.were all very luck to have a few people like u posting this stuff.i feel that people didnt give coverdale page a chance.the shows in japan were killer.

  • Lyrics, please!!!!!!

  • What a great suprise, love it!

  • Amazing that quality songs like this and River Song (which ended up being recorded for Into The Light) were never used for the Coverdale Page album. Apparently there are five completed tracks unreleased from the sessions. Let's hope that an extended CD or download is available in the future.

  • @fcm949 thats why thare fucking crap

  • If this is an unreleased song, can you please tell me where you got this from? from what album? Is it available for download somewhere? Its a great song and it just kicks ass!

  • Fantastic, I thought I had heard everything the DC had ever recorded so it is great to come across an unreleased track. BRILLIANT!!!

  • I dunno... If I had to dance like this for photographs... I mean... this is a little awkward. Hehe. Love Page :) For he is braver than I. lol.

  • And as far I`m concerned , I will always call this project Page/ Coverdale . No slight to David , but I bought his C D because of Jimmy Page .

  • I read in an interview where Page said they had enough material for another C D tucked away . This song was definitely good enough to be on the Page/Coverdale Cd...Shame we`ll probably not hear any of the other unreleased tracks...

  • This song so shoud've been on the original album. One of the best tracks by far.

  • its unbeliabable that all of you posting here your stupid opinions forgive this insult to all of us. Coverdale was always a stupid invention,,,but Page involved in this kind of thing??? its really sad and its because of people like you that many of this sixties and seventis "icons" took admiration for granted until the point of loosing all their dignity. Im laughing at this and at you, but at the end its sad. bye, you brainwashed zombies.

  • @zasel2007 who's brainwashed, let us like what we like.. you not liking coverdale is not our problem.. coverdale is one of the most well-known rock vocalists of all time and was an icon in deep purple, and in whitesnake..

he's sold more than a 100 million records and is often by critics considered to be one of the greatest rock vocalists. Always on top 10, often on top 5. it's all a matter of taste.. and if you dont like coverdale, dont listen to him.

  • @zasel2007 our "stupid opinons", now who's narrow-minded ?

everybody's entitled to their opinions.. and I looked at your profile and still you have favorited this song ? It doesnt make any sense if you dont care for coverdale..

  • @leppardsnake

This video is titled Coverdale/Page, That should have given you a hint as to who was singing.

As leppardsnake said..if you don't like Coverdale don't listen to him.

  • @zasel2007 Furthermore this record went platinum very fast.

And what's with zeppelin fans (as I am presuming you are):

Sometimes they hate coverdale for thinking he's a like plant (which ofc he is not) and sometimes they hate him for other reasons. He's out there now and great imo and singing rock still. Imagine plant singing old zeppelin songs today.. He cant and he wont.. But mostly he cant..

  • @zasel2007 BYE !

  • Fkn Jammin!!! Should do a tour 2011 would sell out WorldWide in Seconds

  • Why the hell did they leave this off the album?!! This is an awesome song that, unlike Easy Does It - which was great but sounded like rehashed Zeppelin - had a character all its own.

  • This is a great song & beautiful gem that would have been THE song on their album IMO. I call this Page's Godzilla Guitar Sound...great grind! One of Page's greatest...Coverdale was perfect for it ...Rock Royalty together...will lightning strike twice???? Do a official release of this and tour...we're ready this time!!!

  • Hah! This is cool- a video recorded photo shoot with 2 awesome rock Icons!

  • F'en stunning - what is Jimmy waiting for --- do a second disc --- I love it

  • @madtnt I hear ya! -- no sense in waiting for Plant to make a fucking decision! Call David up & get it started!

  • Holy shit , this tune kicks ass - I loved Over Now - this is nice and heavy - - Jimmy's best shot on a new cd has to include Coverdale - hey had a little magic

  • @madtnt any word on any page stuff you might know of????????

  • Page is the cat's MEOW!! HOT stuff...

  • anyone know who is the girl in the video take me for a little while

  • Wow thats Rock Jeahhh!! The Music today is shit! Thats Music!!

Bravo Coverdale and Thank You Page!

  • They're great from the start!

  • I'm a Mom of 4 n these 2 still rock my world! Gimme a handful of that hair, baby!

    MamaJaz

  • great song to bad they didnt realesed it , awesome, can someone give me the lyrics . . .

  • @classic7890 that's because that's what it is.

    MamaJaz

  • You're right..he was their number 1 Fan !

  • good song wish they put it out.one of the better one from that album

  • How can it be one of the better ones from that album..if it wasn't on the album?

    Doh !!

  • oh and can you send me this song if i ask nicely :p pretty please

  • my band's name is Saccharine :D OMG David coverdale sang my bands name *just died* lol Jimmy and him are sooo awesome together.

  • Faaabulous!! They look like a couple of wild stallions and sound DIVINE!

  • WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Where did you get this? Just as soon as I heard the 1st note... I said "Oh Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!". I wish they would make more music together. Their only album was my favorite album of the year of '93. I got a lot of people turned on to it... especially when they heard my favorite track "Over Now". Before long... every 1 that I hung out with had a copy of that album. I personally think this period in Page's solo career was his best. He shown his creativity here.

  • @ultragoji1 Ultrago you are right on the money!..what a great song, why did they leave this off the cd???..this was by far the best album of 1993....I had tickets to see them in september 1993 but the whole tour was cancelled...

  • Great song -- but they look like a Caucasian version of Milli Vanilli in this clip. ;-)

  • They look fuckin cool together don't they.

  • to think he left coverdale to play with the withered plant sad indeed

  • I wish this song was released. It's awesome. Davids hair is EPIC!

  • Oh yea he's hair are always great!!!!!!!

He had the best mane in hard rock in those days.

  • Damm HEEEEAVY!

  • Coverdale/Page !!!

  • awesome!
