questi video non sono fatti per essere guardati, alcuni bambini si addormentano facilmente se come rumore di fondo si mette un rumore familire o per loro piacevole e rilassante tipo questo o da provare simili, quindi più dura il video meglio è,chi soffre di acufene e sente dei rumori continu , gli può essere proposta come terapia di ascoltare dei suoni della natura per un ora, il rumore continuo educa il cervello a mettere in secondo piano i rumori prodotti dalla malattia.
