wow this made me so sad. I met my best friend when I was 5. I moved to the US from germany, and I had no friends. She was nice to me, she was there for me, she helped me and protected me. I'm now 16. wow this made me so sad. I met my best friend when I was 5. I moved to the US from germany, and I had no friends. She was nice to me, she was there for me, she helped me and protected me. I'm now 16. Two years ago we moved, 200 miles, we still talked all the time and she helped me through everything. Last year her dad died of cancer, and her uncle stole her from her grandma, he wont let her talk to anyone, no phone, internet, no visits to this state, nothing. I wasn't as good a friend as she was

This song makes me sad, because I don't understand why my ex boyfriend/friend called me every night balling about his ex girlfriend, while I was on vacation, and I talked to him for hours and hours just trying to help him figure his life out, and convincing him not to kill himself, and almost year later, I called him when my step sister died and I was stranded in Pittsburgh, just because I needed someone to talk to, and he hung up on me.

But when she told me her dad was dying, and when she told me he had died, I had no idea what to say or do, I was too shocked to cry, even tho I knew it was coming, I had no way of helping her. It was so weird and new to see and hear her that upset, that hurt, It confused and shocked and hurt me bad. I didn't hang up, but maybe something similar with him was going on.
