@XQZEK Yes Google Docs can open MS Office files. It's an office suite like MS Office or Libreoffice but it's web based and is more better for collaboration between people on the same file.

I use this for my book writing and just about everything else. I run Ubuntu 10.04 LTS for my OS and Google docs runs fin under Firefox and Chromium. I have done away with that bloated piece of cr@p Micro$oft completely. All together my entire OS takes up less than 700 mb of drive space. Micro$oft's OSes can't even compare. Go open source!

Are these real spreadsheets? Microsoft Excel is priceless if you ask me! If Google spread sheets were as capable as Excel then I would be on board 100% I'm a small business owner and I use VLookups, HLookups, Trends, Sumif, Count, Indirect, SQRT, Average, IF, sdev, Hyperlinks, etc... not to mention visual basic, and macros. Can Google Docs perform like Excel?

@Ov3rKilZ Yeah I saw that too, but all the Macs that Google has and use in their departments are supplied (No-Charge at all) by Apple to Google so that Google can do some work for Apple on their Mac platform. They use different distribution of Linux, Windows, and their own Chrome OS for their work, but mainly Linux I think or their secretly own Operating System!?
