They denied her a basic home phone even though she paid for it. The point she made about not having any way to call 911 was a good one. Trust me, they would rather have a couple of phones busted up then have to deal with a major lawsuit due to negligence on their part if something were to happen. People have done drastic things throughout history to inspire change when "responsible" things aren't working. I think the Boston tea party is a fine example. Too quick to judge sir.
