I break out with shingles every month on my face I got it about 8 years ago and since then it pretty much dictates my life. The only thing that I have found that helps at all make them go away faster is the viral inhibitor, you can find out about it at shinglestreatmentstoredotcom. It is the most painful thing that i have to endure every month and if I did not have the viral inhibitor they would last alot longer than do now. Good luck and I pray for you and everyone around you!

Looks like the thing my neighbor and I had was shingles!! Now, 3 others close to me have it! Hmmmm. I am on a hunt for virus outbreaks as related to weakened immune systems. Did we 5 get shingles, and my cats get calcivirus, because we were weakened somehow?
