@elnino559 Depends on how awesome your beard is... mine stays short because it's easier to manage and looks more professional, but with a beard like your profile pic you could probably do this in a Parka.
is there anyway you can creat a routine or give recommendations on how to increase the number of pullups... i've been training for about 4 months and theres a contest for pullups coming shortly to my town... thanks
@TheSUBGAMER Get on gymnasticbodies for now and wait for me to get my site together! Coach Sommer's program is very good, Start with basics, pull ups and push ups and eventually start working your way towards proper one arm chins and one leg + one arm push ups. For legs, tire pulling +front squats + deadlifts and single leg calf raises are the way to go. Core is hollow holds, side planks and whatever else you want.
@TheSUBGAMER Strength comes through hard work and consistency, and there's nothing wrong with not wanting to put that in! Just don't expect to become strong without those two things. Routines don't get much simpler than what I posted, but do what makes you happy!
@Sully1111 I lifted, but I always did lots of weighted dips and weighted pull ups. They were the core of my uper body work. Sprints, deadlifts and squats were legs. Weighted sit ups and weighted inverted sit ups were core, so you can see I was already doing some fairly similar stuff. I also always focused on strength, what good is size that doesn't make you stronger?
pretty cool, but do I need to take my shirt off when I do it?

You left out one key to hands-on apple-splitting: one must be a slizzard man - and a ripped one at that.

Looking really good and strong man.
What did you do to get so much mass and strength initially before you started the gymnastics strength stuff?
