Google Chrome is available to install under "Internet" apps. Once I get internet working again on my Samsung N140 I'll get back to you on the bookmark syncing.
Bookmark Syncing does not work, JoliCloud is making available the Dev version of Google Chrome, so its no more complete than the version offered by Google, JoliCloud has just included it for awesomeness!
The UI looks very nice. :)
