When ur in the cart, Stay down at all costs and look up. Glowing Wretches crawl and jump down at ya. There are very few Boomers so you'll be ok. Mostly Glowing Wretches and Drones. Very ezy. Just make sure no wretches jump down. They crawl all around ya and it takes a while to kill em
