  • While I can see why people think that the US challenges have too much commentary. I must say I would have like at least a score keeping on this one.

And although I am from Europe myself I have become used to having the winner called out at the end of the challenge. A little more exiting than the polite great job everybody, and the winner is...

  • they didnt cook the beans..yuk

  • Of course Brits would come up with the word 'Tea' first!

  • The lack of commentating from the host during the challenges in the UK version makes them seem bland and missing a sense of urgency.

I know this is the first season but nonetheless, Jeff Probst does a great job of "calling the game" in the US version.

  • Personally I think American shows have too much commentary. They dont give their audience credit to be able to follow what is happening without blatantly telling them as they watch it.

  • @Dannygellar That's because your average American has the mental capacity of a potato.

  • These challenges are pretty crappy compared to Survivor US.

  • i know huh. i am pretty disappointed

  • I totally agree! The show overall is soo boring compared to Survivor USA. No wonder it stopped at season 2.

  • They look like those activities that take place in cruise ships. Not on Survivor
