I smoked for 15 years, not just cigarettes, and only started working out the other year and rarely do cardio so.... the reason I quite smoking is i couldn't get my breath, beginnings of emphasema..... It seems she needs more cardio or something being out of breath so easily. Just worrying about her is all... Take care!
the reason she seems tired is probably because she was working out before this segment of the video. she does a full workout and the whole thing gets recorded. We just don't see it all in one video.
The exercises she does are very demanding on the cardiovascular level. She uses "light" weights but keep her rest periods short, and does many repetitions. Don't worry, this woman is in top shape :).
I don't know what others experience, but I am a 28 year old athlete. I play indoor soccer once a week, vollyball once/week, tennis twice/week, and weight train three/week. I eat healthy and have never smoked. The respatory system meant to be pushed to the max if you are fit. When I weight train I have to sit down after each set and catch my breath and wait for the room to stop swimming. Zuzana is out of breath because she is pushing herself to the limit to get the most from the workout.
yo girl if you breathe out while your doing the hard part of the exercise (lifting the dumbell up) and in while your bringing it back down maybe you wouldn't be so out of breath
this is a real combined workout for quads glutes lover back front shoulders and abs it works em all and elevates the hearth beat rate to burn fat u can add this to your routine one important thing is to keep your back allways straight or u ll injure your lover back and thats a big problem push ur ass back so u can have a straight back keep looking forward throughout the entire movement also u can just lift the dumbell to eye level this is indeed a good workout. a kettebell is prefereble
I do these sort of movements when I run the stairs at an amphitheater near my home. Except I don't use weights, but it seems to do a very good job of working the core muscles. Thanks!
Killer abs yo! Also, warning hydroxycut is dangerous I think maybe? Because FDA is recommending recall. But FDA probably thinks it works too well, and is cutting money out of pharma obesity cutting drugs that are prescription.

Agreed. But she's not even close to that point. She's just got the healthy look of an athlete. Much prefer that to the stick figures with BMIs below 18.

Same here. I had to rest for 3 days after doing some of her workouts. I feel fine but my body is screaming to recover. Gonna start again tomorrow. I'm already seeing results and my midsection is starting to look much better.
I love Zuzana.
Gonna do the wood chops tomorrow but start out with a really light weight for the first workout.

getting protein neednt be from supplements! go for foods high in protein every time over protein shakes etc if you have the choice/time. but if you do wanna go down that route go for natural whey protein
I have a question tho, how much water are we suppose to drink daily, and are we suppose to drink water before we work out or after or in between sets?
I would recommend buying a large bottle that can hold up to 32oz of water. Drink that about 2-3 times each day. For when you drink it, it doesn't really matter, you would want to drink whenever you are most comfortable. For example, some people don't drink immediately before their workouts because it might educe vomiting.

It's possible that she has smaller than average lungs or produces less than average red blood cells and therefore gets winded quicker than average.
Lance Armstrong for example, has large than normal lungs and heart. So does Michael Phelps he has very long arms.
