I beat it, the key is really to have the MRL with at least 3-4 bullets.

For the monkey robot, use the machine gun to destroy the missiles.

Use the MRL and automatic pistol and this boss is a breeze at least on medium

this boss is much harder that this video actually.... especially on 1 player, it's really a pain in the ass.

Yeah, basically although RE4 didn't have much to do with the series. Its more like a remade RE0, Remake, and RE3 with awesome side-missions.

RE4 doesn't hav much to do ith the series? Why does Wesker want the parasite? What is Ada going to do with it? Who the hell does the REALLY work for? If those questions have absolutly nothing to do with the story whatsoever, then I guess we should've called it quits after the very first version in '96. RE4 had very much to do with the series, considering that it took place 6 years after the original outbreak, a year after that the stuff that happens in "Degeneration". of course it's before RE5..

the final boss is sergai the russian guy not this guy and there are also extra missions with eda and hunk.

I think you have to do some of those side-missions like the New Beginnings or Dark Legacies, if they're available.

can beat it easy, just have to upgrade the submachine gun to it's MAX, and then you get like over 3000 bullets, and just keep dodging and fire away.

or the magnum upgraded to the MAX with at least 36 rounds.

or linear launcher upgraded to the MAX with at least 12 shells for the 2 stages of Talos.

otherwise its very very hard even on easy to beat.

It took me forever to kill it, but if you work on conserving ammo and focus directly on what it does, it wont be much more harder. I advise using the MRL on the weak point, upgrade it enough and it'll be dead in no time.
